Recommended drinking temperature 6 to 8 degrees Celsius.
Alcohol-free wine is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the taste and experience of WINE but does not want to consume alcohol. Be it for health, religious or personal reasons. It is also an option for anyone on the road.
Unlike grape juice, wine produced in the usual way is dealcoholized using the high-quality and complex process of vacuum evaporation with aroma recovery. The alcohol is gently removed from the wine at +27 °C. All volatile wine aromas are captured and returned to the dealcoholized wine after the process. This preserves the taste and character. The carbon dioxide is added mechanically to the sparkling wine at the end. Carefree enjoyment without alcohol – a full variety of aromas.
Note: This method was patented by Carl Jung in 1908. Alcohol evaporates at +78 °C at normal air pressure, which would greatly affect the taste.
