Our selection of wines matures in the best individual vineyards and is produced with intensive care by the winemaker. Quality-determining features in the vineyard such as yield reduction, hand-picking and the right time to harvest form the basis for the best harvest. The gentle process of winemaking begins when the grapes are collected in our company. The wines are given the necessary time for fermentation and maturation.
