RESERVE Pinot Meunier, Baden sparkling wine traditional bottle fermentation

Absolutely world class! Early harvest of the Schwarzriesling grape and gentle juice drainage through self-pressure for Blanc de Noirs are the basis for this sensational sparkling wine. The base wine matures for around 12 months in the very best barriques before being made into sparkling wine. After 36 months of maturation in the bottle on the fine yeast, it is disgorged without dosage (dosage zero). Brilliant. Harvested in the 2018 vintage and matured in traditional bottle fermentation. A winemaker’s sparkling wine from the fine art of sparkling wine production in the highest premium quality. World class!
